Midas

I took my vehicle in for a headlight replacement only. The tech / owner showed me my air filter, which has nothing to do with my headlight, but I authorized them to replace it. Somehow I also got charged for cooling system fluid exchange and brake fluid exchange, all to the tune of just under $500.00. I would not have authorized that price had it been made known to me. Then the owner gave himself a 5 star review on my device, which i am now changing. I won't be returning to this location for any reason.

Great experience at Midas. I walked-in for vin verification on two cars out-of-state title transfer, both Angela and Brittany were very kind and patient to explain the whole process, accommodated my schedule for the next step of title transfer to complete the verification quickly, even for free. Super service, definitely will be back for car services with Midas including my annual inspection.

I had a great experience at Midas! The lady at the register was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to get me in quickly and easily with no problems at all. I was also able to email over my information, which made the whole process even more convenient. Great customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. I definitely recommend Midas!

Very good experience taking my car in for service. Jim was exceptionally nice, professional and handled our needs. The technicians were prompt and efficient. We were in and out quickly. I usually take my cars to the dealer but I can confidently say the level of service at this Midas was topnotch and I will definitely be back. Thanks Jim!
